*I bring 15 years in custom building, commercial building and remodelling to every inspection I do.
*I have logged around 1200 Field Mortgage, 550 Home Insurance, 40 Commercial Insurance, & 20 Construction Progress Draw Inspections.
*I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and California's Premier Inspectors (CalNACHI).
*I am a candidate member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
*I am committed to 24 hours of continuing education every year.
