*I have been doing field inspections full-time since May 2007 which is approximately 4500 Mortgage,  550 Home Insurance, 70 Commercial Insurance, & 25 Construction Progress Draw Inspections.

*I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and California's Premier Inspectors (CalNACHI).

*I am committed to 24 hours of continuing education every year.
